Terms of Service

Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, signing in, or using NinesFlow YT Intelligence, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.

Accounts and approval

Google accounts may receive immediate Free access. Email registrations may require administrator approval. You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting your credentials, and all activity under your account. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or used to evade access controls.

Plans, quotas, and future billing

Features and usage limits vary by Guest, Free, Pro, and administrator access. Current limits are shown in the product and may be updated to protect service quality, API quotas, and operating costs. Pro access may currently be assigned by an administrator. If paid subscriptions are introduced, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be presented before purchase.

Permitted and prohibited use

You may use the service for lawful research, competitive analysis, and content planning. You may not:

• Break the law, infringe rights, harass others, or facilitate deceptive or harmful activity.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Automate access, scrape the service, resell data, or bypass account, ranking, synchronization, or quota limits without written permission.
• Upload malware, expose credentials, impersonate another person, or misrepresent affiliation with a channel or organization.

Your workspace content

You retain rights in the labels, notes, preferences, and other content you submit. You grant NinesFlow a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions are lawful and do not infringe third-party rights.

YouTube and third-party services

The service uses public data supplied through the YouTube Data API and depends on Google, YouTube, Railway, and other third-party systems. Data may be delayed, incomplete, changed, removed, or estimated from available snapshots. NinesFlow is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies.

Intellectual property

NinesFlow and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, design, branding, and original materials, excluding your content and third-party content. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as intended; they do not transfer ownership.

Availability, changes, and termination

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, manage provider changes, or improve the product. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, remain inactive, or are required to be closed by law. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Rankings, outlier scores, growth estimates, and recommendations are informational and do not guarantee audience, revenue, or business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NinesFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Applicable law, updates, and contact

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute in good faith. We may update these Terms and will post the revised effective date; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
